Unless otherwise agreed with a client Mulgrew Enterprises standard rates are as follows;
Consultancy Fees
Our consulting rate to standard clients is £500 per day charged on a whole day basis.
Our consulting rate for white label consultancy is £1000 per day charged on a whole day basis.
White label consultancy is where we consult with another IT professional who is, or has the potential to be a competitor,
Hourly Rates, on site.
Hourly rates for labour that is not counted as consultancy.

| 25th December Rate | £500 |
Call out Charges
| Business Hours (9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays) | £50 or £0.80 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Extended Business Hours (7am to 10pm, excluding bank holidays) | £80 or £1.00 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Night Time (10pm to 7am, excluding bank holidays) | £200 or £1.60 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Bank Holiday, excluding 25th December | £250 or £2.00 per mile, whichever is greater |
| 25th December | £500 or £3.00 per mile, whichever is greater |
"per mile” refers to the distance between the representative being called out and to the location
they are being called to and wherever applicable, back again. This may be the clients site or it may be the
nearest site capable of supporting a remote connection to the client's site.
